Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We currently serve customers across Canada.

Local Delivery – Metro Vancouver

Local delivery is available within the Greater Vancouver area, including:

  • Richmond

  • Vancouver

  • Burnaby

  • Surrey

  • Coquitlam

  • New Westminster

Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days depending on inventory availability and location.


Canada-Wide Shipping

For customers outside Metro Vancouver, orders are shipped through trusted Canadian carriers.

Estimated shipping time:

  • British Columbia: 2–5 business days

  • Western Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on weather, carrier delays, or remote locations.


Inventory & Preorders

Some bicycle models may be available for immediate local delivery, while others may require shipment from our overseas warehouse.

If a product is marked as preorder or temporarily out of stock, estimated delivery timelines will be clearly communicated before shipment.

Customers will be notified by email regarding any major shipping delays.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product size.

Local delivery promotions or free shipping offers may be available during selected periods.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the packaging appears damaged during delivery, we recommend taking photos before opening the package and contacting us immediately.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses submitted by customers.
