Some models are available for immediate delivery, while others may be available for reservation.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock bikes: shipped within 2–5 days
Pre-order bikes: shipped once the next batch arrives.
We will notify you with an estimated delivery time after your order.
Are your bikes in stock or pre-order?
We offer both.
• In-stock: ready to ship
• Pre-order: limited batches, reserve in advance
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
• Credit / Debit Card
• Shopify Payments
• E-transfer (for local customers)
For pre-orders, a deposit may be required.
Can I place a deposit?
Yes. For selected models, you can reserve with a deposit.
The remaining balance is due before delivery.
Does the bike require assembly?
Minimal setup required.
The bike is mostly pre-assembled and ready to ride.
